We at Croft have the utmost respect for your privacy and will not trade, sell or exchange your personal information with anyone.

The only people to whom we divulge ANY information about you is the delivery company we use to deliver your goods. Even this information - name, address, and telephone number is STRICTLY on a need-to-know basis.

If you order online, then your credit card details are processed through the HSBC secure order system. We never see and are never told ANY information about your credit card. All we are told is that the payment has, or has not, been accepted.

Where you have told us your e mail address, we will not use that information for any purpose (apart from that necessary to contact you re. your order) other than to send you an opt-in newsletter. If you do not ask us to contact you with a newsletter, then we will not do so. We will not send you spam.

We annually renew with the appropriate government department - the Information Commissions Office - our registration of being a fit and proper body to hold the information we have about you.
