Guarantee / Returns

We want you to have total confidence in all of your dealings with us.  At Croft Products we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.
Should any product purchased from Croft be found to be faulty on receipt, damaged in transit, or differ from the description given in our literature or on our website, then we will be pleased to arrange to either a full refund of the product price, or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.See below for further details of our guarantee.

 All returns involving faulty or damaged goods must be notified to Croft within 24 hours of delivery. Returns for any other reason must be notified to us within  14 days of delivery.

In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Croft  mistakenly , or for any other reason wishes to return it, through no fault of Croft, we will be pleased to replace  or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to us unused and  in saleable condition.  In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product or a similar reason, we reserve the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing our carriers to collect the item from the customer.
In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage in addition to the above.

Croft products carry a 12 month unconditional guarantee against faulty workmanship. In the event of complaint within this period please return the product to us, stating where and when bought, and we will repair or replace at our discretion.
In normal use, your product should not rust within the guarantee period, although some discolouration of the finish may occur, and is not a fault.
(Please note that only Discovery puppy panels and Dog run panels are designed for constant outdoor use. Plated items should not be left outdoors)
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
